Getting here
Getting to La Mata is easy. You can fly to Alicante or to Murcia. The journey from the airport takes about 30 minutes from either one. Here's a map of the area. We can arrange your transport from the airport. You can be picked up and driven to Los Leandros or you can have a hire car waiting for you at the airport. We can arrange a hire car in Los Leandros and we can get you back to the airport for the flight home. The choice is yours.
Do I need a car?
There are local bars, shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. These will provide you with all the basics. A wider choice is available in the centre of La Mata, Torrelamata and Torrevieja, all about 25 minutes walk away. There is a bus service that stops outside the complex which will take you to local towns including Torrelamata and Torrevieja. However, to make the most of your holiday, see the sights and get to the beaches, we recommend you get a car.
