After entering the exclusive gated comunity there is a small gate leading you through the paved area of the property, to a flight of stairs
up to the entrance of the property.
A new glazed entrance opening to a small balcony overlooking the comunal pool area.
On entering the property, the area opens to the large living / dining area.
Leading to the two bedrooms, full bathroom, and a fully equiped kitchen area.
Located to the back of the kitchen is access to the private roof solarium -
Passing from the kitchen to the solarium is a small utility area houses a washing machine and storage area.

OutsideLos Leandros is a gated community offering you that extra bit of security. Within the complex you will find beautiful paved and manicured area. In the center large water feature means you're always in the gentle sound of running water, of the complex is the communal swimming pool. Surrounded with a bathing area and seating. The pool is divided in two giving that litle bit of security for the young ones. The pool is undoubtedly one of the best in the development.
It's a great place to have a holiday, and there are many permanent residents living on the complex as well. There are a few simple rules aimed at keeping it that way which holidaymakers and residents alike are expected to observe.
Getting here
Getting to Los Leandros is easy. You can fly to Alicante or to Murcia. The journey from the airport takes about 30 minutes from either one. Here's a map of the area. We can arrange your transport from the airport. You can be picked up and driven to Los Leandros or you can have a hire car waiting for you at the airport. We can arrange a hire car in Los Leandros and we can get you back to the airport for the flight home. The choice is yours. We don't have a standard changeover day so you can pick the days you want to travel (subject to availability) which means you can get cheaper flights. Welcome packs are also available - ask for details.
Do I need a car?
There are local bars, shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. These will provide you with all the basics. A wider choice is available in the centre of La Mata, Torrelamata and Torrevieja, all about 25 minutes walk away. There is a bus service that stops outside the complex which will take you to local towns including Torrelamata and Torrevieja. However, to make the most of your holiday, see the sights and get to the beaches, we recommend you get a car.
What is the cost?
For 2009 the property costs £ 210 to £ 450 per week depending on the time of year, although there may be special offers from time to time - check back regularly! The cost includes cleaning before you arrive and after you leave, bed linen, towels (but not beach towels) and electricity, subject to fair usage.
